At Zion Sync, we strive to provide the highest level of service and transparency. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Advance Notice Required
All subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.
This ensures there is sufficient time to process your request before your next renewal.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you must send an email request to [email protected].
Your cancellation will be effective once we confirm your request in writing.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit a cancellation request within the required timeframe.
Failure to do so will result in the subscription renewing as scheduled.
No Retroactive Cancellations
We cannot provide refunds for charges that occurred prior to the cancellation request.
Disputes raised after a charge without a prior cancellation request will not qualify as valid cancellations.
Confirmation of Cancellation
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your cancellation. Please keep this for your records.
